Orion wanders the city alone, he arrived in the city a few hours beforehand and was questioned by some strange men.
At the same time, a young man was lounging in a diner in the city. His gray hair down to his shoulders, his black gothic-like clothes camoflauging in the night skies with a large sword equipped and hanging onto his back, he sat by himself, sipping a french vanilla cappucino. This man was known as Cade Laidon, a master swordsman and heir to the Laidon family. "Nice night....too bad I won't be enjoying it for long." he said to himself as he took another of his cappucino. He looked out a window and noticed a man, who appeared to be much older than Cade was, being inquired by weird men. "Wonder what's goin' on out there." he said as he insisted on eavesdropping.
Koom was walking around the forest till it brought her the city, her eyes were pink which told everyone she was Happy, " I guess i should explore" Poeple looked at her and bowed knowing she was the princess and protectoer of the forest. "No need to bow." She stoped by and store and got candy. "Yummy!" She came by weird men the questioned another man. She accidentaly triped over one of the men...."Opps." she fell and one of the men turn around and picked her up by the collar, andsaid "What the hell are you." Koom flinched her ears and said as her eyes turned Orange for insulted " Hey I am not a what!"
Orion takes his bow out, "Hey, leave her alone, it was an accident" Another man turned to him, "And what're you going to do about it?" Orion releases an arrow and it nicks the mans face, "That."
"I am a princess I dont deserve this but only if i lick the iceing from the bowl, so i didnt so put me down!" Koom wiggled around. "please!"
The man laughs, "I'm sorry Your Highness, I'll do it right away." The man's voice was filled with sarcasm.
Cade watched all of this develop from within the diner and laughed out loud. "Funny......it's not every you get to witness something like that...." he said to himself as he finished his cappucino. He went and paid his bill to the waitress there and headed out. He traveled in the direction of Koom and Orion, but said nothing to either of them. He simply walked right past them.
The man feels on Koom's thight, Koom eyes turn white for insecureness. " Please help me some one!" Koom sees the guy with white hair walk pass. She sees Orion try and help her, she begins to fight back, she turns into a Cobra. The man drops on her and trys to squash her.............."Help me!!"
Orion narrows his eyes at the man attempting to squash Koom, "You! Leave her alone! Pick on someone your own size!" The man turns to Orion, "What'd you say punk?!" Orion's arrow is engulfed in fire, "You heard me, leave her be."
"Oh...did someone say 'Help'? Oh what the hell...." Cade quickly turned to the guy trying to assault Koom and drew his massively large sword and pointed it to the guy. "Yo! Back off!" Cade was ready for action in case the guy tries to pull a fast one.
Koom turns back to her human form...."Thank you so much" She bows, hides behind Orion.
Orion looks over his shoulder before releasing his arrow, it hit's the man's arm and he catches fire, "Never attack a lady, didn't your mother tell you that?" The second man draws both his swords and rushes Cade.
"Yeah! Ya big meanie!" Koom is still behind Orion but sees the man attack Cade, then Koom quickly draws her swords andand stabs the man in the back.
Cade prepares for the oncoming assault from the second man to greet them. He rushes toward the man does a horizontal slash at the man's mid section, cutting a wound wide open. "Pathetic."
"That was fun!" Koom put her swords away, and picked up her candy that lied on the ground. "Aww man!"
Lady Shieru sits within her castle, playing her flute. She played very well and was in peace. A feeling shot through her that made her stop. She looked at the window and one name came to her mind."...Orion..." She whispered.
Koom's eye turn blue for sad, "Aww man my candy is dirty............" Koom sniffs and when she sniff she smelled delious food, the she got on all four, and ran in an east direction, she came to Tofu, "Yummy my favorite!" She checks her pocket and reliezes she has no money. " What a sucky day"
Shieru quickly got up and grabbed her cloak. She gave orders to her guards and got upon her horse. "I'll return soon!!" Was all she said before riding off to the forest. Once she got there, Shieru dressed within a spring dress and crosses into a portal.
Cade watched as Koom went scrounging for food, realizing that she was broke. "I'm feelin' generous today." He reached into his pocket for some money he had leftover from the cappucino and handed it too Koom. Why was he feeling generous at that moment? Who knows. He was never usually like that, but he was in good mood. "Here ya go."
Ghetkisath walks down the road his sword on his back, head down, and bumps into Cade on accident. lifts his head up, mumbles "s...sorry." Eyes Cade's sword and embarresedly says "thats one impressive sword you got there"
Cade felt a strange feeling that he was about to be blindsided. He quickly turned around to see a giant orc behind him. He heard it's words then raised his sword up. "This? Eh, it's not much, really. Pretty much all I got for now."
"my father used to forge those types of swords..." mumbles something about a man with eyes from hell. "it...it doesn't matter..."Orion shakes his head as the men retreat, he felt something, like an arrow piercing his mind; he turns towards the forest, "Shieru..." Orion hooks his bow to his back. He watches Cade hand Koom some money before speaking, "Ma'am, I heard you say you were a princess, is that true? I don't mean to offend you, but you don't look like a princess to me."
Takes money that was given to her and she smiles wide, " Thank you" Koom looks at Orion and his dont look like princess comment. "Dude....... I look 7 or what ever but I am 19......... I cant get no taller, and I dress like a raggamuffin because it is good fighting attire, and I am the only of my kind..........so............yeah I really dont look like a princess. My prince is dead and everyone i held dear is dead." Her eyes turn blue. Koom hands the man the money and gets her food she malks away............."So insulted."
[*points to Hero's character name* Do I have to say it KF?]Orion shrugs, he turns his attention back to the forest, "If she's there...then..." He starts walking to the forest, he had to know if Shieru was calling him.
Koom walks in a different direcion, and speaks to her self..............."Elijah.....my sweet.......why must you be so kind? Ki ki mari ru, I will kill him" Koom walks into the darkness
Shieru gets through the portal, getting into other part of the forest. She felt Orion more closer. She walked forward a few paces and looked, spotting him. She stared at him with wide eyes and gasped."Orion-san..," she whispered before yelling his name in happiness."Orion-san!!"Shieru ran up to him and wrapped her arms around his waist, hugging him tightly.
Kooms ears flinched, "That voice! Could it be....... her?" Koom turned around and saw, her bestest friend............. Sheiru.
Ghet watched the whole thing occuring before him, wishing inside that he could be part of it, that he had someone to be happy for and with, turns around to go, continue his lonely journey, his aimless journey... to where?
After watching all this transgress, Cade took a moment to think. "Could that be.....the Lady Shieru...?" He quickly shook his head afterwards to convince himself that he was just seeing things, but NO. It was indeed the Lady Shieru. She must've been tracking Orion down, somehow. "Wow."
"Shieru!...........How have you been?" Koom runs towards Shieru, with a happy face. "I've missed you."
Shieru smiled happily and hugged Koom."i been well! i didn't know you where here too!!" she replied. She noticed the giant walking off. she felt his mood and slowly stepped forward."A-ano! Excuse me!" She called after him, bowing.
Cade simply looked as it seemed that Koom and Shieru have already been acquainted. He felt like the odd man out. He sighed as he felt that way and began to walk off the scene without saying a word.
turned around, looking for who called to him, sees the bowing figure in front of him and greets her with a courteous bow. "me name is Ghetkisath Grumblefang, Ghet for short. and who might you be?"
As Shieru made conversation with Ghet, Koom saw Cade walk away, Koom walked up to him. "Thank you for the money alot, and um well I am in search of something, and i wanted to know if you aren't bu-" Koom was stoped by the man that gae her candy early. "Little Miss I saw you droped your candy, do you want another?"Koom answered, "YES! Thank you." The man gave her another. Koom lost her train of thought, "Dang what was i about to say?"
Shieru blushed abit and cleared her throat."I'm Lady Shieru. Queen of the Light Kingdom..." She replied. She looked towards Koom and saw of a man she seen before. She didn't remember where or known of his name. 'Where have I seen of him?' She thought.
As Koom approached him to greet him, Cade stopped walking and turned to her. "No prob. Am I busy you say? Not really."
Shieru excused herself from ghet and approached the man. "Umm excuse me, " she politely said with a bow."have we..met before?"
Cade felt as he had seen this lady before, but could not recall her. In fact he hasn't seen before in his life. Trying to be polite, he responds. "No, I'm afraid we have not, m'lady. Name's Cade." He bowed.
Shieru bowed back."Gomen...I thought I may have...I must be mistaken. I'm Lady Shieru, Queen of the Light Kingdom," she replied, bowing again.
"Well since you aren't that busy, umm could you travel with me? And Shieru can you as well, matter of fact could all of you travel with us, but please say your names." Koom pointed at them.
where are you traveling, what are you searching for? you know what, it dosnt matter, i guess ill join, *looks at koom and blushes* not that i got anything better to do...im Ghetkisath grumblefang, call me Ghet, and your name is?
Cade looked around to glance at the newly formed crew. He cocked his sword behind his back and holstered it. As Koom insisted on introductions, he spoke as she pointed to him. "Laidon, Cade Laidon."
"Well hello Ghet and Cade, I am pleased to met you. My name is Koomi Bikubut everybody calls me Koom, ya know like zoom. boom. doom. groom. broom. room. But i am pleased to see you will be joining me." She bounces on her tail and smiles at Ghet and Cade because they join the lil family. Koom looks at Shieru and Orion. "Well i kno you already Shieru. And you seem you already know him, so what is his name?"
Orion watches the commotion, he leans against a tree, "I am Orion." He listens to Koom's offer and shakes his head, "Thanks, but no thanks. I am on another journey." Orion feels the two orbs pulsing in his chest, he had to find the others.
"Well ok then, if you must need me in the near future, and if you know where the bastard that has the Fire orb dont be hasatant to tell me now." Koom eyes turn red. "Shieru nice seeing you again,"
